An Angel Session is all about love and light. It’s a combination of Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy and Crystal Healing. During the session, angels and crystals assist in releasing stress, pain and hurt from your body and energy field, and infuse you with pure love and light.

This is an empowering session and will leave you feeling peaceful and inspired. The session is either done in person with you lying on a Reiki table receiving the energies through light touch, or from a distance the energies are sent directly to you while you are a relaxing on your sofa or bed for example. At the end of the session a loving message from the angels will be imparted to you.
