Business as usual no longer works. Companies, corporations and organizations that do not integrate heart energy into their businesses will eventually falter. This is because the energies on earth have evolved, our earth has been re-wired. The old "power" no longer has power. Purity of love is the new power source, and love will take the corporations to new places.

Business won't change overnight, but the new foundation must be laid. The time is now.

Here are some tips to consider:

1. Make a heart connection and choose high ideals for yourself, your employees, products and services. Make your company a light to the world.

2. Empower employees by letting them be empowered in the workplace. When people are empowered, creativity is unleashed and new things come about that will take your company to new places.

3. Upgrade the way you hire people. Be open to change. Make sure hiring managers are some of the first people to get training in using their hearts in the workplace.

4. Upgrade your products and services, even slightly, to serve humanity in the best possible way.

5. Make sure there is balance in the pay scale and people are paid fairly for their work.

Expand yourself each day and do something big or small to get yourself out of your comfort zone.

Yesterday I chose not to go to a family Thanksgiving function because I didn’t want to. I did what was best for me and chose not to worry about what other people might think. I had a wonderful day and went out to Enchanted Rock and enjoyed a hike and the beauty all around. Then I went window shopping in Fredericksburg. On the way there, I listened to an amazing radio show from American Public Radio called “Giving Thanks: a Celebration of Fall, Food, and Gratitude.” You’ll love it!

On the way home from my trip, I had a wonderful inspirational idea for a project which I worked on upon my return home, and it has brought me lots of joy. I could hardly fall asleep because I was so happy. If I went to the family Thanksgiving dinner which I did not want to go to, I am sure this creative idea would not have developed. I share this example to encourage you to do what feels joyful to you. In the New Energy it is holy to follow your heart, rather than try to do what “looks right” or what other people want you to do. In the New Energy, you free yourself from boundaries and limitations put upon you by yourself and others.

After relaxing from a meal, do the dishes. Don’t let them sit over night.
Rinse out the bathroom sink regularly.
Vacuum.

Use Cute containers for things!

Buy ones with good design.
Be creative, use things you already have.
Get rid of ugly ones.

Keep it Simple!

Let go of things in your drawers, closets, cabinets, rooms that clutter your life. This makes room for new energy to flow.
When it’s hard to let go, breathe and thank the items them with your heart.

Let the Sun Shine in!

Sunshine heals. Keep window treatments open and fill your home with sunshine cheer.
In the evening, make your home romantic and relaxing with dim lighting and candles.

Bless your Home with your Sacred Heart!

Feel your sacred heart within you, and know that you are holy. Prayer can get you to your sacred heart.
With your sacred heart, bless your home to be a place of joy, love, peace, happiness. By your words and actions you will make it real. In the process, things will be changing in your life. Know that all is well. It is part of the evolution.

People stealing other people’s energy has been going on for a long time. However, in the New Energy, it is no longer appropriate, or acceptable. In fact, it no longer works. We are living in a new time and people must be their own source of strength and light, rather than take energy from another person. Eventually it will peter out as people start to take responsibility.

So when you start to notice the old scenario popping up, hold your own power and lift yourself up. It takes practice, but it’s important.

What does it mean to steal a person’s energy?

Stealing a person’s energy means someone sucks your power so they can feel more powerful. In the end, it leaves you feeling drained and less than the other person.

Try to envision that you have a beautiful light around you, and that light is you. And someone sits next to you and starts having a long-winded conversation that you did not ask for. The person goes on and on, and you are not given a chance to interject. You start to feel uncomfortable. What is really happening is that the person is taking a part of you, your energy, that you did not willingly want to give them.

Now, in the New Energy we are called to be conscious, enlightened beings. From this point it means we are responsible for our own energy. So when other’s try to take from us, we must say no. Though it may feel uncomfortable at times, speak your truth with your body and or words.

In the example above, you can stop the imbalanced energy transaction by:

1. Ignoring the person if you feel you cannot walk away.
2. Getting up and leaving.
3. Taking the courage to be forthright with the person, communicating with them through your heart.

Contra Dancing

Not too long before I came to Austin, I heard the Angels tell me I would be dancing. It took me by surprise because I’ve never had much luck at it. Then, last October, I “happened” to run into something called English Country Dancing. I mistakenly showed up at a church at the wrong time for a particular meeting. As I was leaving the building, I couldn’t help but notice a room with music pouring out. I peeked in and the entire room was smiling. It was an amazing sight, so I decided to sit and watch. After the dance ended, someone came up to me and brought me into the next dance. I wasn’t planning to do it, but I felt their love and kindness, so I decided to just go ahead and give it a try. It was so much fun! Then after the dance several people there came up to me and said “Wait until you try Contra Dancing!” It took me about a month to get the courage to go.

They were right!

It’s not an understatement to tell you that I’ve been wanting to introduce you to Contra Dancing for a long time! Last night I went to a 3rd Saturday dance in Austin, and I can’t keep my mouth shut any longer. Contra Dancing is the most fun I have ever had. I heard that the Colonial settlers modified English Country Dancing into what we know today as Contra Dancing. It’s just plain fun. Contra in this case means “across from,” and during the dances, you often stand in lines across from your partner.

Contra is so healthy for your heart! It’s because you look in people’s eyes when you dance, and for some reason, you will find that you cannot stop smiling the entire evening. Each dance you dance with a new person, and you do not need to bring a partner with you to the dances. Also, you do not have to “know” how to dance. You will learn no matter what, and you’ll have a great time! Messing up is part of the fun.

When You Listen To Your Sacred Heart

The Joyful Home Concept

The Joyful Home Concept is a new way to design, build and live in the home. The design and build concepts help make the home a very supportive and comfortable environment as families create the home to be loving, peaceful and joyful.

The Joyful Home Concept includes a special new area of the home; it’s called The Smart Living Center. It is where the family gets ready for the day and ready for bed, as well as takes care of daily necessities like going to the restroom and doing laundry. This area brings unity to the home in an amazing way. It reduces stress and adds fun and relaxation. The Smart Living Center also makes the other part of the house extra special!

It is my vision that architects and builders across our nation design and build all new homes using The Joyful Home Concept. It’s vitally important for the future of our country and world to do this because homes currently are not serving people as they could be. We are living in new times, and this calls for revolutionary new ways of living.

This does not mean that homes today cannot be joyful homes! Families can lift the energies of their own homes to be places of comfort and peace through their own hearts and making adjustments here and there and/or through renovations.

How to Comfort Yourself in Times of Worry

Being your own source of comfort is extremely empowering and necessary. Old energy is leaving the earth and your body, therefore most likely there will be times that you will feel panic, fearful, sad, worried or imbalanced. When this happens, find a quiet place to sit or stand. Call in angels to surround you and help you as you learn to be your own strength.

Breathe deeply.

Here are some ideas for what comes next:

1. Keep breathing and don’t give up. Breathe through the panic or confusion. Peace will come over you. Perhaps a little at first, but with practice the peace will become more profound.
2. Sing a gentle song of love to yourself. Start with a word, phrase or sentence and then let the words just come out of your mouth. If you can’t find words, tone. This means make sounds from your mouth, which will help balance you.
3. Get out a journal and write nice things about yourself.
4. Be grateful. Say, thank you, thank you, thank you. I release this ____ with grace and ease, and I fill myself with love and light.

A great teacher is one whom encourages you like no other to transform your life into one of strength and love. Therefore, do not be surprised if your greatest teachers are those who have hurt you the most. In the spiritual realms, these people have made a loving agreement with you to play an adversarial role, so you could become the master of your life.

Though it may take much time, patience, self-love, forgiveness and compassion, your heart can truly be grateful for these people in your lives, and you can free yourself from the pain once and for all.

As we move into the New Energy, we no longer need hard lessons in our lives to know that we are masters of love, and life will not always be so trying.

Enter Your Sacred Heart

Your sacred heart is a place in your body that connects you to God and with your true self. It is the space where you create your life for your highest good. One way to enter your sacred heart, as taught by Jesus, through Glenda Green, is to say the Lord’s Prayer. Ask the Angels to help you feel the words as you are saying it. Another way to enter is to fill yourself with compassion and enter with faith.

As you learn what it feels like to be in your sacred heart, you can enter more easily. And the love you feel there, you can bring into the organs and cells throughout your entire body, and heal yourself. :-)

The Smart Living Center (SLC) is an area of the home that includes a Japanese bath, the laundry room, family closets (male and female) and at least one restroom. The SLC not only will save builders money in several ways, but it will bring unity, balance, love and freedom into the home.

The SLC (a registered idea) is part of The Joyful Home Concept, a book I hope to finish this year, and is about designing building and living in the home in a new way.

Don’t think about it, heart about it! Make decisions by listening to your heart, rather than your mind.

Get in the practice of listening to your sacred heart by being still. Connect with your light and the light of God that is within you. When making decisions, put it forth that you choose that which is for your highest good and the good of all humanity. In that way, you are always safe and making the best decisions, no matter what.

Choose what makes you feel free inside. When you are feeling agitated about something, make a change, so you can release that energy. You never have to do what other people want you to do. Do what your heart is telling you to do. You may feel the answers within you, or you may hear a specific direction, or you may just know what the next step is. You don’t have to have the whole picture. Make any change with a loving heart and you will be in a better place, and so will those around you!

I read a story not too long ago that really touched my heart. It was about a lady who had an angel visit her. He took her on a journey so that she could see the earth more clearly. She noticed that everything has a voice. The ocean, its waves sang A lle lu ia. The leaves on the trees were not really leaves, they were little hands clapping, all praising God. Big rocks had big voices, and little pebbles had little voices, and they were all singing praises to the glory of God. The angel told her when a human praises God, God silences nature, so he can hear the human because it takes our free will to praise God.

That story reminded me of a scripture in Luke. The disciples of Jesus joyfully began praising Jesus from the top of their voices for all the miracles they had seen. Some of the Pharisees told Jesus to silence the crowd, and Jesus said to them, “If these keep silent, the stones will cry out.”

* The story I read came from either of these two books, which are really wonderful, full of people’s stories from all over, who have experienced angels: Where Angels Walk or Angel Letters.

The End of Karma

Right now our planet has entered the Golden Age! What is happening is that we are ending all karma at this time. It is very exciting, though it can be trying if you don’t know what’s going on. This is what is happening: we are ascending as a group. We are lifting each other up in love and reaching higher ground. We are literally re-building our lives to be happy and loving rather than painful and hurtful.

You will find many changes occurring. For example, many new relationships will be coming into your life, and many will be ending. It is because of this shift from karma to freedom. What this means is that you will be saying “no” to anything, any actions or anyone that does not feel good to you, and you will start saying “yes” to what does feel good! By doing so, you end the karmic cycle, and start creating a life of freedom. This is big! It is also a process, and the more you practice, the more you trust, and the more you will see evidence of it in your life.

One key is to open up your feelings more and more. Your feelings are your connection to your divinity. Rejoice, relax and be grateful. Breathe and allow new energy to be present in your life. Each time you make a higher choice for yourself, you move closer to your freedom.

Releasing Anger

About nine years ago, after slapping my son and feeling terrible about it, and feeling ashamed of so much anger I had, I had an enlightening thought. God surely did not mean for us to pass down sadness, hurt and anger from generation after generation. I soon forgot about it, but God remembered.

God has taught me that a loving home is a loving heart. I had a loving heart, but I doubted it. I thought I was awful for hurting my son and yelling at my husband, but what I have found was that anger was coming out of me because it needed to be released.

All anger must be released, so it’s important to release anger in a healthy way, so that others do not get hurt. The bottom line is that anger builds up when we are not being true to ourselves. We are loved beings, and we each have an inner voice and inner wisdom that is perfect and wants to guide us. When we suppress it, we feel stressed, lost and confused. We get angry at ourselves for hiding who we truly are, and then over time we forget who we truly are. But not anymore! The truth is being revealed. Thank goodness!

Rather than let your inner voice and inner wisdom come up on its own, which could be painful, help it come up, with love and care! Be kind to yourself and heal yourself. Release the anger in a safe way.

Here are some tips:

1. Writing: Write exactly how you feel, and get it out of your system. There are many layers to anger. Keep at it.
2. Get Body Work: I do Angel Sessions, and there are lots of healing modalities out there to help assist you as you heal yourself.
3. Yell, scream, punch. Find a friend who will stand in for the person or situation with whom you are angry with, and yell at them with passion and completeness. Use your fists and punch the air around them, but not touching them! Because of the mercy of God and the angels, you can also yell, scream and punch at them, as they would rather take the pain than see another human hurt. In return, send them lots of gratitude for helping you heal. They love you so much.
4. Exercise with power, for example, do some punches and kicks in air.

After releasing the anger, bring in lots of love and light to replace what you have just released! You can do this by:

1. Prayer: Ask to be filled with pure love and light.
2. Body Work: Body workers will help you fill your body with love and light, just as they assist in releasing the pain from deep within you.
3. Use your Magic Pot!
4. Use your hands and cover your body with golden light and love!
5. Write a loving letter to yourself.
6. Sing a love song to yourself.

sometimes doors seem to close.

Do not worry
things are not always as they seem.
For you see, many things are going on
healings and clearings on many levels

So when something doesn’t work
do not be dismayed.
Smile as much as you can
and fill your heart with gratitude.

Trust the angels as they help you find another avenue
because you may think you are creating one thing
when really
you are creating something so much better!
Something that you asked for long ago, deep within you,
but have forgotten.

So be open to change.
Lift yourself up when you fall
and never give up.
It’s when you are in your darkest hour that miracles really happen.
It’s because then, you are ready for real change.

Driving Poem

For the past two weeks, I have been saying a little poem right before I drive, and it goes like this:

I am a wonderful driver, and angels watch over me
and protect me.
I am always a safe driver,
because I am so sweet,
respectful of myself
and others.

This came about after having several accidents in the last two years. I took defensive driving for the first time about a month ago, and the personal stories that people told in the videos spoke louder than anything in the course. So I wanted to share my poem with you, in case it might help you.

Today I was at Pleasant Valley and Riverside in Austin, making a left turn. It was really bright out, and I thought I had the right of way to turn, as a couple cars in front of me had just turned. My tires made a halting sound and alerted me to oncoming cars. Just in time, I was able to stop before getting hit. About 5 or 10 minutes later, I realized that surely the angels protected me. I kept thinking how in the world did my tires slow down and make that screeching noise. Now I am sure that my guardians performed a miracle for me today.

I share this with you to remind you that angels are always lovingly at our service. All that is required is that we ask them to help us. Angels are here to help make our day brighter and easier.

It has taken me a couple years to realize the truth of that. As my faith has grown, I talk to the angels more and more, asking for their divine assistance going before me, preparing the way for my day.

If you would like to say the poem, I recommend saying it with feeling by saying the words from your heart, more so than your mind. It may take practice, but you will see that when you say it with feeling, you feel so loved, respectful and protected.

Are Angels Real

When I was a little girl, I was sad a lot, and in bed at night I would sometimes try to figure out how the world worked. My mom came in my room one night when I couldn’t sleep, and she told me that the nuns at her school used to say to pray to a saint for help. I do remember asking a saint to help me, and I felt comforted. I don’t remember doing that more than once or twice though, but looking back I realize that I communicated with an angelic being.

I was probably in elementary school when my Aunt Susan sent each person in our family a hand-sewn Christmas ornament. Mine was an angel in flight, and I loved it! She was so cute with a smiling face and a colorful dress. It made me happy each Christmas to see her, and the angel became my favorite ornament.

When I was much older, in high school or college I bought a wooden angel blowing a horn. It was about 20 inches long, and she too was in flight. It was Archangel Gabriel blowing her horn. I used to hang her up at Christmastime, until one year I decided to keep her out year-round because I loved her so much. Right now she hangs in Japan over my son’s bed.

My son who is 15 now lives with his father there. When he was a baby, I called him angel baby. Without thinking it came out of my mouth, and I called him that when I held him as an infant. Somehow I knew he was angel.

In 2000 my husband, son and myself were sleeping one night in our new home when I heard a voice in my right ear, sounding like my brother’s voice, saying “Anne, Anne.” I woke up and realized our house was full of smoke. A pot of soup had been left on the stove, and because of the angel’s voice, we were able to prevent a fire.

That same year, or the next in 2001, I had a sincere thought, which was like a prayer, that God surely did not create life to be sad and painful, and surely that sadness and pain wasn’t meant to be passed down generation after generation. This thought came because I could see in my son, the same feelings I grew up with, feelings of anger towards my mom, and feelings of “what is life really all about anyway, because this is not fun”. Though I had forgotten my prayer, God had not.

In 2001 I almost died. It was a wake up call for me to live my life purpose, which is what I am doing today…creating a life of love for myself and teaching others to do the same. Though I do not remember what transpired in the darkness when I was unconscious, I am sure that I must have had a conversation with God and The Angels, making the decision that I would stay on earth to create my dream of a happy life!

In 2002, I chose to leave my marriage and heal myself. It took a year to get the courage to leave. Then one day I had the feeling that I needed to leave my son with his father. I had not had this feeling before and never imagined not being with him on a daily basis. I worried about what other people would think, and if my son and I would be okay, and in two weeks, I lost 7 pounds. But when I made my decision I knew it was the right one. I knew we’d not only be okay, but that it was part of our divine plan. When I told my son one night that I would be leaving, I could feel that the room was filled with the compassion and love of angels, and I knew he did too. Somehow in our hearts we knew that we would both be okay, and that we were on this journey together, even though we’d be living apart from each other.

In 2004 I was in Dallas, and I happened to get an e-mail about an upcoming class about angels. When I saw a picture of an angel in the e-mail, who happened to be Archangel Ariel, it peaked my interest, and I went to the class. There I learned about 9 Angels, called the Healing Angels of the Energy Field. I went on to take several more classes concerning those Angels and a healing technique called Integrated Energy Therapy.

Two years later, in 2006, I moved to Austin, and I carried my Angel textbooks with me because I felt like I may need their support. During my time here, they have helped guide my steps. They have brought love into my life. They taught me that to create a loving home, it must be created within me. The angels have helped me do this. They have helped me literally re-build myself, with a new foundation made of pure love. They have taught me how to truly respect myself, and they have helped me believe in myself no matter what other people think of me. Now two and a half years later, I have made angels an integral part of my life. I don’t know what took me so long, but I am so happy to have them in my life on a daily basis. I am also so happy to share them with you!

In the book, The Healing Angels of the Energy Field, one of the Angels
explains that we all have gifts within us that must be expressed for the evolvement of mankind. This is very important, and I want you to know that angels can help you find your gifts. They want to help you! It’s never, ever to late to ask angel to help. It’s never too late to re-build your life. In fact, life is just the perfect time!

How to Communicate with Angels

I was taught to make a sacred place in my home, by my bed, with a picture of an angel, and this helped me immensely. When you do that, you will start to feel their presence more strongly. It also helps you build your faith in them if you have doubts.

I also recommend spending time in nature, around trees and pretty areas, and open your heart and talk to them and listen to them. I feel very close to the angels when I am in a pretty area around trees and nature.

When you talk with your angels, I have learned to always ask for help that is for your highest good and the good of all humanity. In this way, your life becomes richer and purer. For example, if you want a specific job, ask for that job if it is for your highest good, and the good of all.

Another example would be to ask the angels to help you receive the abundance that is yours by divine right. Think high thoughts and ask for the highest outcome. Be grateful for the angels’ help. You can bring them flowers, or light a candle for them, or say a prayer of gratitude from your heart.

When angels communicate with you, you will feel good. If you don’t feel good, it’s not an angel. In that case it could be your own self-talk that is degrading due to deep wounds that are surfacing to be released. So if you hear messages that are not loving, be compassionate towards yourself, rather than confused. Release those thoughts. With the help of the angels you can envision them leaving through the top of your head. Then ask the angels to fill you up with pure love.

When you feel or hear their messages, you will get a warm feeling that is loving. You might be inspired with a good idea, and you may also receive messages in the form of sentences that you actually hear. You communicate with angels by talking with them as if you were talking with a dear friend.

Never ever spank a child never hit a child never slap a child never yell at a child never be mean to a child never be rude to a child rather give them a hug. That is what you both really need. It is time to lift your family to higher a place. Though you may have been hit, slapped or spanked yelled at, had angry words and meanness shown towards you lift yourself up. Make changes in your life. It may take time, but you can do it. Be loving and compassionate to yourself. This will heal you. You may need to separate yourself from your family or certain people who push your buttons. It will not be forever but it will allow you to heal and it will give them space to heal. There is no shame in finding a new home for you or your loved ones. There is no shame in bettering yourself. When you lift yourself up You are able to lift others up. Let there be no more cries of terror from a child. Let there only be cries of joy and wonderment. Heal the child within who was hurt. When you do this you heal your family tree. You lift them up so that future generations are happy and free.

The Magic Pot

For example, add three handfuls each of pure love, confidence, forgiveness, happiness, hope, protection, prosperity, faith and compassion. Other energies and ideas will come to you that you desire to be fully integrated into your body, home and business. Simply add them to the pot as inspired and stir. Now, what you have created is magic! Add this special soup to your tea or water each day. Add a ladle to you bath. Wash your face in it. Spoon it over your meals. Pour it on your head! Sprinkle it on your projects. Use it to clear your aura of old energies and stress!

The magic pot is so fun and brings childlike glee into your life. The pot is sacred and will never run dry. Nurture it by stirring it each day!
