In the New Energy, you must have personal integrity. Make sure your words, thoughts and actions are in alignment with you who truly are. Walk your talk.
I used to think I was a person of integrity, but I realized that by me giving in to people that I didn’t agree with, because I wanted to be accepted, was not walking with integrity. I wasn’t allowing myself to be me because I didn’t believe in myself. I was hiding my light.
You do not need the approval of anyone to be who you are. Shine your light at all times. The world needs it. You have something special that only you have, and people around you need your gift. It’s part of our evolution. So don’t withhold your beauty. Let it out! It’s important!

A Word About Abuse

Anything that does not come from a place of love is abuse. This means things like being unkind to someone on the phone, yelling at a child, tearing down a family member, talking behind someone’s back, control...all of these things hurt people and are not healthy.
We, as enlightened humans, are responsible for our actions, including our own happiness. Start to notice how you are treating others. Start to notice how you are treating yourself. Be sure no one is getting hurt. Instead make sure there are lots of hugs going on.

The Cure for Sadness

Sadness is the result of feeling separated from God. It is not a mental problem. Drugs do not cure sadness. Love cures sadness. You have to put one foot in front of the other and believe in yourself and put sadness behind you. Life is meant to be happy. You are accountable for your life, no matter what. It’s never, ever too late to be happy!
Receiving Love

A good way to receive love into your life is by taking some deep breaths and ask for God’s love to fill your heart center, from your throat to your sternum. Expand your breath and fill your entire body, each cell with pure love. Take the love you need within you, and then pass along the overflow to others. This is a shorter version of a technique from Ronna Herman’s website from one of Archangel Michael’s messages about the Infinity Breath, and I think it’s wonderful.
